Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is estimated to take between 3 - 7 business days for all orders within Europe.
Please contact support@threefmediagroup.com if more than 30 business days have passed since your item was shipped and you still have not received your package and we will respond as soon as possible!
Refund
Thank you for shopping with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 40 days
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You received a return merchandise number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Free shipping costs
Shipping costs incurred in connection with returning a product are refundable.
ANESI SCANDINAVIA is responsible for paying the shipping costs. However, it is not responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from us.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is FREE throughout the Nordic countries when you spend at least 250 SEK
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Deliveries are made in partnership with Fedex and Yunexpress. The estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days as our warehouses are located in Greece, China and Hungary.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the delivery of your package.
Can returns be made?
YES! Send us an email with the reason for your return and our team will help you return the package without stress! We follow the Consumer Agency's guidelines and of course offer a 14-day open purchase period from the day the package was delivered to you.
NOTE: Opened/broken packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
